Today in the news:

• Yet Another Bush Speech lauding the murder in Iraq, and basically instilling the sense in the Amerikan populous that we are going to be there, still, for quite a while
  
• Many of FEMA's Katrina card members are fraudulent(note: you couldn't guess this would happen from their attempts to stop assistance from reaching devastated areas? You know - we should use FEMA to manage credit card accounts!)
  
• I'm just going to quote this one, and let you laugh for yourself: "Dobbs: President and Senate allied with 'corporate supremacists'"
  
• Karl Rove won't be charged in the whole Valerie Plame issue. Not like you really expected him to.
  
• "Coffee found to shield liver" - I'm not addicted to caffeine - I've just been preparing for life as an alcoholic!(New excuse of the year)
  
• Homeland Security Delays Weddings - Yes, such a great, confusing title, but basically what it comes down to is wedding delays due to immigration/visa issues, etc. News bullshit to make you think it can actually happen to you. Which it can - if you're marrying someone who isn't a citizen. But you knew that already.

Ok - that's all you need to know from today's news. I'll get more detailed with these as more people actually check out this site, but until then, forget watching the news - it's all bullshit anyway - and check out something you haven't seen yet.
